UK Support Group Meeting - Chester 2008.  Attendance fees are now due!!!

Following on from the success of the 2006 meeting, we have organised a second group meeting in Chester.  The meeting will be held on Saturday November 1st 2008 from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Chester South, Wrexham Road, Chester, CH4 9DL.

We are delighted to announce that the well respected authority Dr Clive Grattan, consultant dermatologist from St. Thomas's Hospital will be attending and speaking.  Dr. Grattan is a leading expert in Mastocytosis and related conditions.

We are also pleased to announce that Dr. Christopher Poynton from The University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, a  prominent Haematologist, will be speaking at the meeting.  He is very knowledgeable regarding the latest targeted chemotherapeutic treatments.

A number of other doctors who are interested in or treat Masocytosis and Mast Cell related disease will be attending.  There will be an opportunity to put questions to our principal guests in the afternoon session, and we are looking forward to a very interesting and informative discussion.

All group members with their husbands, partners, grannies, children etc. are welcome to the meeting.  It will give you the opportunity to meet other sufferers and carers face to face, share your problems, and hopefully share your solutions.

We are asking for a small attendance fee (admission for children is free), but we would also welcome donations.  Please visit the Mailing List page for details of how to make a donation.
